Welcome to Dr. Christmas Lights! By booking a service, making a payment, or visiting our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services
Dr. Christmas Lights provides professional Christmas light installation services for residential and commercial properties in Modesto, California, and surrounding areas.
We offer installation, removal (if added as an extra service), and optional repair or replacement services.

2. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must ensure that the installation area is safe and accessible.

The customer agrees to provide accurate contact, address, and scheduling information when booking.

If customer-supplied lights or materials are used, Dr. Christmas Lights is not responsible for any defects, outages, or failures that occur after installation.

Customers must ensure that electrical outlets and power sources are functional and compliant with local codes.

3. Payments

Payments can be made securely through our Wix-powered booking system.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full upon completion of installation.

Deposits (if required) are non-refundable once scheduling and materials are confirmed.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services or additional fees.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund or credit.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

No refunds are offered after installation has been completed.

If service issues arise (e.g., lights not functioning due to installation error), Dr. Christmas Lights will inspect and correct the issue at no extra cost.

5. Repairs and Maintenance
If your lights fail or become damaged due to weather, power issues, or product defects (not caused by installation), we can assist with repairs or replacements for an additional service charge.

6. Liability
Dr. Christmas Lights is fully committed to safety and professionalism. However, we are not liable for:

Damage to customer-supplied products.

Power outages or electrical malfunctions.

Weather-related damage or delays.

Incidental or indirect damages arising from installation or service.
Customers acknowledge that installation involves working at heights and agree to keep pets, vehicles, and individuals clear of the work area during service.

7. Scheduling and Weather Delays
Installation dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly of any rescheduling needs.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content, images, logos, and branding of Dr. Christmas Lights are the property of the company and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy
We value your privacy. Customer information collected through our Wix booking system is used solely for communication, scheduling, and billing purposes.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Stanislaus County, California.
